Siluvio was born in a newly created winery built at the foot of the vineyard, seeking to unite the ancestral tradition of winemaking in the area with more modern systems of transformation.

This is the winery where the wines take shape and the grapes harvested in the field – white albarín, carrasquín, black verdejo and black albarin – are transformed into wines with a unique personality.

To unite the processes of artisan elaboration, looking at our elders and making them coexist with the current systems. This is the true value of Siluvio.

The activity is carried out on two levels to take advantage of the gravitational systems in some processes. The grapes arrive on the upper floor after the harvest. There it is cooled in our chamber, sorted on our table and sent for processing.

In the lower part it rests in large French wood vats, concrete eggs and stainless steel tanks. This is how Siluvio takes shape and acquires new and unique nuances that distinguish it from any other wine previously created in our area.

The activity is carried out on two levels. The grapes arrive on the upper floor after the harvest. There it is cooled, selected and stored until it is pressed.

On the lower level it rests in large vats, taking shape and acquiring new and unique nuances that distinguish it from any other wine created previously.
